If you ever need to report a concern, please visit our website www.gbdioc.org/awareity and click on the Awareity Incident Report button (green butterfly logo). All reports can be submitted by using your name or remaining anonymous if you choose. As soon as a report is made, all of the appropriate personnel will receive an immediate notification of the report, review the report information and take appropriate actions to intervene and/or prevent escalation.

All volunteers and employees for our parish and/or school are required to participate in a Background Check, Safe Environment Training, and sign a Code of Conduct.  We appreciate everyone's efforts to have a safe, healthy, holy, and transparent environment.
To volunteer or for pre-employment, please visit virtus.org and designate the Green Bay Diocese, and Holy Trinity Parish or School.  Complete all THREE boxes once you have registered.
